My goal with energy work is to support a client’s own capacity to return to their wholeness, and to create space for their nervous systems to come back to alignment. I have been trained in two different types of Reiki since 2010: Usui and Karuna. I use hands-off +/or very light touch on the major acupressure meridians with consent of the client. I also weave in a myriad of other energy healing modalities that I have experienced + practiced since 2000 from various teachers to create my own way of connecting to a client’s energetic system. I support clients to find inner + outer Balance in the most gentle yet impactful way possible.
