My goal with energy work is to support a client’s own capacity to return to their wholeness, and to create space for their nervous systems to come back to alignment. I have been trained in two different types of Reiki since 2010: Usui and Karuna. I use hands-off +/or very light touch on the major acupressure meridians with consent of the client. I also weave in a myriad of other energy healing modalities that I have experienced + practiced since 2000 from various teachers to create my own way of connecting to a client’s energetic system. I support clients to find inner + outer Balance in the most gentle yet impactful way possible.

I am professionally certified in Tarot Consultations by Katrina Wynne, MA, LMFT, a seasoned therapist, and have additional training with California psychologist + author Lauren Schneider’s Tarotpy program since 2008 to provide Tarot in the context of life purpose, life themes/archetypes, mental health issues, and psychospiritual integration. I’ve also studied with Lindsey Mack and Sarah Faith Gottesdiener. I don’t do ‘predictive’ tarot – I do not predict anyone’s future; I focus my tarot consultations on the intersection of mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, and then help clients to weave that awareness into how they show up for their own powerful lives.
