These individual psychotherapy sessions focus on supporting your wholeness, using a combination of traditional and non-traditional modalities based on what you need and the action plan we co-create. A typical session will include any of the following healing methods:
- Body-mind integration
- Cognitive, narrative, and family systems therapies
- Trauma techniques: Internal Family Systems /Parts Work (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
- Earth-based, yogic, and shamanic elements
- Intuition-building and creativity focus
- Energetic boundary work and energy healing techniques
I believe we are capable of accessing our deepest soul wisdom, and from that essence, creating our optimal health, wholeness, and vitality. I teach and support you to implement various tools and modalities to work with your inner wisdom, and to build a team of body-mind helpers to support you in integrating that wisdom into your body and life. I am empowerment-based, trauma trained, and I use my intuition while teaching you to do the same for your healing and growth work.
